To watch any live TV, you’ll have to switch back to good ol’e cable.

Overview:

Step 1: Turn on the TV

Find the TV remote (should have the same brand name as your TV) and hit Power.

If you have a universal remote, hit TV and then Power.

Step 2: Turn on the cable box

Find the cable remote (should have the same brand name as your cable provider) and hit Power.

If you have a universal remote, hit Cable and then Power.

Step 3: Make sure the TV source is correct

If you aren’t seeing cable on your TV, you might need to change the input source.

To do this, find the TV remote and press Input or Source until you see cable.

If you have a universal remote, press TV and then press Input or Source until you see cable.
